Ringing in Wine & Beverage Orders

  1. Ring it in immediately – As soon as the guest orders, input it into the POS. If it’s not on the check, it’s not in your tips.

  2. Protect your income – Lower checks = lower percentage-based tips. Don’t miss items.

  3. Process = speed – Fast entry doesn’t mean rushing the guest. It means accuracy and flow.

  4. Serve quickly – The sooner bottle hits the table, the sooner guests can enjoy and order another round.

  5. Cycle continues – More rounds = higher check average, happier guests, better tips.
