How to Take a Wine Order
When presenting wine options, clarity is everything. State the wine name aloud, point to the price, and confirm the choice with your guest, verbally or nonverbally. This simple step ensures alignment on both the bottle and the budget, while reinforcing trust in the sommelier’s guidance. The key is making sure everyone agrees on what’s being enjoyed and at what price.
